Contribution Guidelines

  • Individual contributions: Maximum $400 per person per election cycle
  • Corporate contributions: Not permitted under Colorado law
  • Reporting requirements: Contributions of $20 or more must be reported with name and address
  • Employment info: Required for contributions of $100 or more
Note: Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes

Colorado campaign finance law requires us to collect donor information. Please include a note with your check containing:

  • For all donations $20 or more: Your full name and mailing address
  • For donations $100 or more: Your full name, mailing address, occupation, and employer name
